Our Website is provided for the purpose of selling our goods and services and to this end information is advised about both our products specifically and similar products in general terms. We will use our best endeavours to ensure that the information so provided is accurate but we do not warrant that it is free from error and reserve the right to make corrections where appropriate.
Payments
Payment and taxes
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20%. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
We currently accept payment made by Payu , Pay Pal , bank transfer . Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Merino Wool company. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
We take all reasonable care to make our website as secure as we can make it. At The Merino Wool Company we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.

Bank Transfer
After placing your order, you will receive an email containing the order confirmation and our bank details. As soon as you have transferred the amount to our bank account, we will instruct the workshop to manufacture your duvet.

DISPATCHES
Each and every one of our duvets, pillows and toppers is individually handcrafted by our expert seamstresses, here in Merino Wool Store, so dispatch can take 1 - 2 working days after placing your order.
During very busy periods, when we are experiencing high demand (such as the Winter months), this can take a little longer because we always want to ensure we maintain our high-quality standards.
Our dispatch days are Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
If you have any queries regarding your delivery or any special requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify m.wooloffice@gmail.com
Liability and Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded is restricted, at our option, to:

Returns policy details
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of merchandise for exchange or refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided that the item is clean and unused.Please take care to read goods care information labels, as we will not give a refund for, or exchange, goods that have been damaged when cleaning, ironing or in the wash.
We will require proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges and in the event of a refund, we will credit your original method of payment for the merchandise purchase price. The customer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged merchandise to us.
If you noticed any damage we can claim compensation for you to the courier. Parts damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge. If you don’t want to receive a replacement product a refund can be issued . The buyer responsibility is to check and report damage caused during transport and any other damages.
Report must be made the same day from the signing of receiving the parcel. We want you to send us photos of the damages on our e-mail. When report will be made day after or following days of receiving the parcel then any claims will not be considered.
Returns policy details
In order to return the item/s, you must take reasonable care of the item/s and it must be returned in re-sellable condition in original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping cost from your address.
Items must be in new and unused condition. A product with dirt or wear and tear will be returned to the customer with no action taken. also you need provided that the goods are returned complete, in original condition and in their original packaging.For reasons of health, safety and hygiene, we are unable to refund or replace any of our goods which are intended to be used in contact with skin, such as all bedding items which have been returned in a used condition, including but not limited to, removed from their original packaging, stained, covered with human hair or animal hair, smell of perfume or any other odour, different box, or missing or damaged internal packaging.
